You are allowed to operate ApeosWare Management Suite features by AWMS Mobile.
ApeosWare Management Suite(AWMS) provides the application, "AWMS Mobile", to use the feature from the mobile. Download a supported AWMS Mobile onto the mobile device you use and install it.The user allowed to use a mobile device by the access profile can use the ApeosWare Management Suite feature with the mobile device.Prints the file inside the mobile device with the device managed by ApeosWare Management Suite, and uploads documents, linking with File Management Service.This service is provided for the customers in Asia Pacific/Oceania* region including Japan. Those who are outside of the area cannot carry out user registration nor use the services in principle. * Australia, China (including Hong Kong and Taiwan), Japan, Indonesia, South Korea, Laos, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar and CambodiaNotice: Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd. changed its name to "FUJIFILM Business Innovation Corp." on April 1, 2021. In some apps, the old company name remains. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.• Added a download button for the new app.

Xerox should scrap the AWMS product. It's a horrible product. This product can't even work properly without issue.
